Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your Doubloon gear to you quickly and reliably. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Pre-Orders
If your item is marked Pre-Order, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. Your card is charged at the time of purchase, and your order will ship as soon as it's ready.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, Doubloon is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, email us at info@shopdoubloon.com and we’ll help however we can.
